The warranty information provided here is valid for all plumbing repairs, service and product installation directly purchased through Goodson Plumbing Services, LLC as described in Table 1.1 column Products & Service Provided by Goodson Plumbing Services, LLC

If you request installation services from Goodson Plumbing Services, LLC in connection with your purchase of and/or your existing product and/or installation, from a retail store, such as Lowe’s, Home Depot, Ace Hardware, etc. OR any Online Retailer such as Wayfair and Amazon etc. please refer to our Customer Supplied Product column on Table 1.1

This Limited Warranty Does Not Apply Where:

Repairs are needed to correct a manufacturer’s defect.
Products that have been installed or tampered with by others.
Repairs have been made by others.
Repairs that are required due to normal (or excessive) wear and tear.
Damage is caused through misuse, abuse or neglect.
Clogs or back-ups due to improperly disposed items.
All warranties are void if payment is not made when due.
Warranties extend only to the customer and are not transferable.

This warranty does not cover labor charges for the correction, replacement or repair due to manufacturer defects. Diagnostic and repair labor charges are the responsibility of the homeowner and are due at the time of service.

It is the homeowner’s responsibility to notify Goodson Plumbing Services, LLC (208-629-4278) immediately in the event of an installation or repair failure. Goodson Plumbing Services, LLC will, with reasonable promptness, remedy the defect. In no event shall Goodson Plumbing Services, LLC be liable for water or other damage caused by any delay in remedying a defect. In the event of an installation or repair failure, any such defects will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Goodson Plumbing Services, LLC as our inspection discloses.

Garbage Disposals	1 Year Warranty for parts and labor from the date of installation. **There is a Diagnostic Service Call Charge for anything after 1 year from the installation date.	1 Year Warranty for installation defect only, from the date of installation. Goodson Plumbing cannot warranty any material that was not replaced as advised or separate issues that arise after we complete the requested work.
Toilet Repairs If your toilet is over 10 years of age, Goodson Plumbing Services LLC officially recommends that it be replaced.	Goodson Plumbing will only warranty the materials we provided for the repair(s). Goodson Plumbing cannot warranty any material that was not replaced as advised or separate issues that arise after we complete the requested work. If additional repairs were advised and rejected by the customer and there is an additional problem with the waste drain, toilet, supply lines or shut off valves after we are done this will not be covered by Goodson Plumbing Services, LLC.	Goodson Plumbing will only warranty the materials we provided for the repair(s). Goodson Plumbing cannot warranty any material that was not replaced as advised or separate issues that arise after we complete the requested work. If additional repairs were advised and rejected by the customer and there is an additional problem with the waste drain, toilet, supply lines or shut off valves after we are done this will not be covered by Goodson Plumbing Services, LLC.
Toilet Replacements	1 Year Warranty for parts and labor from the date of installation. If applicable, Goodson Plumbing will act as the negotiator with the Manufacturer for up to 1 Year. After 1 Year the Manufacturer Warranty process will need to be initiated by the Customer as directed in your Manufacturer Manual. **There is a Diagnostic Service Call Charge for anything after 1 year from the installation date.	1 Year Warranty for installation defect only, from the date of installation. Goodson Plumbing cannot warranty any material that was not replaced as advised or separate issues that arise after we complete the requested work. Goodson Plumbing Services cannot warranty the integrity of the existing waste lines unless customer requests an additional inspection service. If additional repairs were advised and rejected by the customer and there is an additional problem with the waste drain, toilet, supply lines or shut off valves after we are done this will not be covered by Goodson Plumbing Services, LLC.
Water Heaters	1 Year Warranty for parts and labor from the date of installation and 1 Annual Water Heater Flush. If applicable, Goodson Plumbing will act as the negotiator with the Manufacturer for up to 1 Year. After 1 Year the Manufacturer Warranty process will need to be initiated by the Customer as directed in your Water Heater Manual. **There is a Diagnostic Service Call Charge for anything after 1 year from the installation date.	1 Year Warranty for installation defect only, from the date of installation.
